First Impressions Team
Greeter
We need Parking Lot Greeters to hold signs, Door Greeters to help guest find where to go & someone to pass out bulletins each week. We need a total of 5-7 people each week on a 6 week rotation.
Time expectation-30 minutes every 6 weeks 10:00am-10:30am
Parking Lot Flags
Our flags need to be placed each week by 10:00am and returned to storage after the service.
Time expectation each week-10 minutes
Donuts
Pickup our standing order of donuts at Northcutts each week & place them on the trays in the lobby by 9:30 am.
Time expectation-20 minutes every 6 weeks
Coffee
Make coffee each week and make sure it's in the lobby by 9:30.
Time expectation-20 minutes every 6 weeks
Coffee & Donut Cleanup
Clean up coffee carafe & donut trays. (Bonus, you can take home leftovers if you'd like or re-box them and leave them in the fridge for staff.)
Time expectation-10 minutes every 6 weeks
Maintenance & Flower Beds

Time expectation - Approx. 1 hour as needed
Flowerbed Care
Help water, plant are care for our flower beds at church.
Time expectation - 15 min twice per week
Productions Team
Sound board, Projection or Live Stream
Gillian Gatewood coordinates this ministry.
Time expectation - Approx. 1 hour every 6 weeks.
Camera operator
Run the camera for our Sunday am livestream on Facebook.
Time expectation - 1 hour every 6 weeks.
Safety Team & Medical Team
Safety Team
Making sure doors are locked, checking parking lot & checking security for KidStreet.
Time Expectation - 3 hours/week on a 6 week rotation. Class time-Service closure.
Medical Team
CPR & First Aid certification required.
Time Expectation - 3 hours/week on a 6 week rotation. Class time-Service closure. As needed.
